Its that time again.... the bi-annual event is back at the Excel centre in London from 28th Feb to the 4th March.

The good news for me this year is the pressure of competing is off as i am having a break due to work levels. But the pressure is on as i have been asked to be a candidate judge at the shows Salon Culinaire. This is a massive Honour for me as this show is the biggest for the catering industry. This is the show that all chefs and non - chef professionals want to compete in to win medals, awards or titles. It is Internationally renowned show and everyone within the industry will be making an effort to be at the show. This year the likes of Raymond Blanc, the Roux Brothers as well as a man i admire greatly, Gary Rhodes will be making an appearance at stage 75 to do talks and demos. As this is the 75th Anniversary of the show it's going to be a cracker.

They have a lot to offer from products to equipment, live cooking demos and competitions to fat carving and cake decorating. You name it it will be here. so if you fancy a look at the professional side to the catering industry and what is in or out, then i hope to see you at Excel.
